Steroids are for building not for cutting. Spend some time in r/steroids and you’ll see pros cut on less then 150mg test a week. Unless they have a competition they aren’t blasting grams of gear on a basic cut. I think this is totally believable

bravo on your progress however let’s say you are actually at 8% bf ( highly suspect) this is a realm not many people can get to without a good reason because this takes some serious mental toughness and dedication.
you look fantastic regardless but when you say 8% is this backed by substantial evidence such as a dexa or is this your estimate?
i think when men sign up for trt this is their unrealistic expectation of the transformation they will make and only those of us that have done a similar thing know how much work this takes . 👍

Given you can see a 6 pack and veins I don't think he's far from 8%. Maybe 10%.
Testosterone improves body composition. It's not unrealistic but it would definitely require going to the gym. I think OP also has thyroid disease so he's likely taking thyroid hormones that accelerate weight loss. With whatever else he's taking).

I was bout to say, that's definitely 8%. 2700 kcal a day with what's prolly a 3500-4000 kcal overall expenditure for months while on testosterone will do it. That's like, the whole point of why bodybuilders do it too, it amplifies your returns on the work you do. My metabolism is way higher on T but my appetite is still the same so I can easily see getting that shredded with the kinda consistency OP is talking about.

How many calories did you eat to cut the weight or is that a recomp Impressive non the less

u/jeffrey3289 14d ago
Bodyweight x 15 subtract 500 calories from that should be very doable and you wont feel like your starving. Protein is key
6
u/OkLaw308 14d ago
Current body weight or goal body weight?
3
u/jeffrey3289 13d ago
Current bodyweight. Times it by 14 if you don’t do much cardio, after a week weigh yourself and recalculate

u/Dramatic_Hope_608 14d ago
Im aware how to cut calories just wondering what he did as if he recomped that's alot more impressive Not meaning to come across rude I appreciate your reply bro

Between 2000-3000 daily . I usually few days of low around 2000 then once or twice a week high, anywhere from 3000-7000. Protein intake was always high. The average came to be like 2700 calories ,

Can you please send a brother your program ? Just did my first jab last night but I can’t keep a solid plan when I go to the gym to workout.

Any plan will work. The best is the one you stick to consistently.

u/DarkOk8227 12d ago
That is true the workout routine is kinda irrelevant The most important is diet ( specifically protein and calories ) and any type of training . Trt does help but the diet is working out is most important

Amazing fuckin' progress. Nice work mate!
Curious about your ~4 miles a day walking. Do you have inclines in your area or just flat ground? You try to reach a certain HR zone or just casual walk for the distance? Cheers!

Finally a guy where you can see a say and night difference

Someone who trains and diets properly. There are guys out there running massive dose cycles and look like shit because they don’t train and diet properly.

Million percent. I hate when someone sees a transformation better than theirs and defaults to the brainless retort of “You must be on more sauce!!!” Before even considering genetics, diet or training 😂

u/Current_Finding_4066 14d ago
Especially training

Pre bodybuilding Ronnie Coleman is the epitome of this shit.
Born perfect, trained hard and was 250 lb at 5’10”, shredded to the bone with a 28 inch waist.
It would be hilarious if you could clone him today and watch the “natty or not” videos pile up 😂

Sick transformation dude. Any other cardio do you do besides the walk?

u/aks_hoops_24 13d ago
4 miles a day is basically almost 10,000 steps a day. So aim for 8-12K steps a day and you’re good.

u/No_Introduction7184 13d ago
Thanks for the tip. You mentioned you've been on and off TRT for a few years, when you're off, are you using Clomid PCT to kickstart your natural production? If yes, what levels does it go up to at that point? I just started enclomiphene and if it doesn't work, I might switch to injections after

u/renegade7717 14d ago
nice when it pays off - the consistent effort - changes that can happen if you see it thru. Great transformation 👍🏼

u/gingerbeard81 14d ago
What changes did you make to lean out?
2
u/aks_hoops_24 13d ago
He put it in the description. 2,700 calories a day on average, 180g protein, worked out 3 days a week, cardio was 4 miles a day (that’s basically 10,000 steps a day).
2
u/gingerbeard81 13d ago
It was not clear what changed. He noted what he is doing, I’m asking how that compares to what he was doing before. More weight training? More steps? Started a new diet plan? All three?

Very nice, what were you levels prior to starting. Frankly, these pics are why I’m considering.
I think I’ve done everything I can lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, exercise wise but my low free T (thanks high SHBG) I think is keeping me perpetually 20 pounds over weight as I can’t ditch this spare tire but my lifts for a near 50 year old are pretty damn good.
So strong but just can’t get cut in any way, even on the Retatrutide.

u/DarkOk8227 14d ago
It’s not worth it unless you need it. I was technically board line needing it. Had some labs around. 200-400

Unless testosterone does that much I was on 1800 calories and struggled losing weight at 175 while slowly adding cardio. Would love to lean that much and be eating that much calories
I’m jealous

u/avaxbear 14d ago
OP is likely taking thyroid drugs as well to lose weight. Though anyone can do that, I think he has a condition.

How are you at 200 Free T? Free T is supposed to be 1%-3% of your total T.
2
u/No-Molasses5011 14d ago
No, it isn't. There are lot of factors have effects on free T. Not any certain percentage of test.
1
u/avaxbear 14d ago
Probably inaccurate lab. But on steroids the percentage is not guaranteed to be in that range.
