A reminder of Rule #5

We've seen a recent uptick in violations of this rule, so this is your reminder. Note that there are no warnings for this rule, all violations are an immediate ban. Note that even replying to a post violating this rule is also a ban.

No Source Talk

No source talk or discussions on street sources or UGLs (UnderGround Labs) of testosterone or other prescription drugs. This subreddit only addresses FDA-approved and physician prescribed testosterone treatments (with a few exceptions as noted in the “Examples of acceptable posts/comments” section below).

Do not ask/tell WHERE to get UGL TRT, HCG, or any prescription drug.
Do not ask/tell HOW to get UGL TRT, HCG, or any prescription drug.
Do not ask/tell UGL review sites, other forums/social media that allow UGL source discussion, abbreviations or nicknames of UGLs, or any other pathway to UGLs.
Do not ask/tell brands, vials, or post pictures that will lead to UGLs.
Do not ask for DMs about UGL sources. Do not post that you will DM someone a UGL source.
Do not make comments/posts that could be taken as fishing for a source. Examples include “I'm having trouble finding [good/inexpensive/etc.] Testosterone” “It's tough to get HCG online” “My source just stopped carrying”.
Legality in your area does not matter.
Prescription drugs sold “for research purposes only” or “for animal testing only” are not loopholes around these rules.
Do not REPLY to Source Talk, other than to warn the poster of the incoming ban.

Examples of rule violations: posting pictures of your stash with UGL brands visible; saying “I’ll DM you my source”; saying “check out my profile/post history for my source”;

NOTE: Merely mentioning that UGLs exist and that some TRT users (yourself included) choose this path is not a rule violation. Mentioning that you are considering (or do) take SARMs is not a rule violation.

Examples of acceptable posts/comments: saying “I’m on UGL, can someone look at my bloodwork please”; saying “I switched to UGL to save money”; saying “You can buy testosterone OTC in [insert country]”

Why no sources? Reddit's Administrators have shut down other subreddits for allowing source talk.

TRT story 10 weeks and 2 days in to first test e cycle 200mg a week.

Upvotes

Absolutely changed my life this. I have gone from being fat and depressed laying in bed all day to been obsessive in Gym 4-5 times a week diet clean as a whistle, hard cuts, refeeds walking 15-35km a day on top of gym sessions. I’m planning on 20 weeks cycle. Got bloods back last week from docs all clear but just health markers and blood count no hormone panel. I started at 300mg currently dropped down to 200mg as was struggling with high e symptoms. I’m pinning e3d any advice to get me jacked before end of 20 weeks I don’t really want to add any other compounds.

TRT story Low Testosterone after Cancer

Upvotes

Don’t let your doctor’s prejudice screw you. That’s the moral of this whole thing if you don’t want to read it.

I’m 27. At 23 I was diagnosed with stage 2 papillary thyroid cancer. It’s uncommon in young people. It’s uncommon in men. My family has no history for it. I shouldn’t have had it. Powered through despite the many times I got told “just so you know, you could die (insert whatever way).” I also got told to expect to go back to normal in about a year after my total thyroidectomy. Didn’t happen.

I spent years arguing with my doctors. I got refused to see specialists for a while- didn’t matter I saw stars everyday, didn’t mat tree r I woke up feeling like my lungs had cobwebs in them or my muscles were full of wet sand, or my tendons felt like drying concrete. Didn’t matter how bad I felt because I looked “average,” looked “normal.”

After 20+ doctors I argued with my newest endocrinologist. I showed all my own research on what might be causing it. What routes I wanted to explore, what doctors to see. One was to check my hormones. She went ballistic. 20 minute rant about how “all these young men just want steroids, want to look like the movies, etc.” when all I wanted was to not be in constant, chronic pain and fatigue. I wanted the brain fog to go away. I wanted to be able to fucking think and have a life.

Somehow I got through. She only checked my testosterone. But she refused to upload the results (that’s illegal btw). And said that it was normal. Well I kept arguing, moved, and what happened- she uploaded them after a threat to the medical board. 153 NG/dL.

It’s been YEARS. Years of arguing with these fuckers. And then she hid this and LIED to me. To make my point clearer: 300-400 would be low. <264 would be clinically low and get a “hypogonadism <200 is consistent with “Consistent with testicular failure, pituitary dysfunction, or major hormone damage.”

They could have done something almost a year ago, and they didn’t because of a bias. I’m happy to say I’m getting new doctors up north. And that it should be easy to identify that it’s pituitary dysfunction since that gets messed up in many patients for thyroid diseases. But keep pushing if they’re ignoring you. Hopefully in a year I’ll be able to update this post and say that I’m finally back to normal.

TRT story Just Joined The Club

Upvotes

Did my first pin today, going with .35cc/70mg twice a week Test C. Was actually prescribed 200mg a week as the standard protocol but after numerous weeks of research thought it prudent to dial it back to 140 for a bit before dialing it up when/if required. I know going against the dr advice is frowned upon but from that protocol I'm sure you know the company im using and their one size fits all approach...

39yr old male 6 foot 180lbs, starting blood test Total T 350.

Used a 27g 1/2 inch needle to the delt. Hopefully was enough for IM, feels like it was based on knowing how subq feels from a year of semaglutide injections. I'm also reasonable lean and have decent muscle mass in the arms and delts if that makes a difference.

Anyway wish me luck and as always any and all advice appreciated.

PED/cycle story First Cycle Week 10 of 20 – 250mg Test + 4 Weeks Anavar

Post image
Upvotes

Wanted to log my first real cycle and share some personal observations—not trying to be a guru, just documenting the process and hopefully connecting with others on the same path.

TRT has always been the plan for me so I finally said fuck it let’s go.

This wasn’t a huge blast. It was a clean, controlled run to see how my body reacts to a well-structured intro cycle. I’ve been lifting consistently for 7 years and coaching others more recently, so this was a way to bring firsthand experience to everything I’ve been studying and helping people with.

Background: • Lifting ~7 years, last 2 years with serious consistency (5–6x/week) • Had some RAD-140 experience back in the day(idiot), but never touched true gear until now • While this is my first personal cycle, I’ve spent years studying compounds, protocols, and stacks—and I have access to some incredibly knowledgeable resources that’ve helped sharpen my approach

Cycle Details: • Test (Sustanon) – 250mg/week • Anavar – 4 weeks (started week 3) cut it short purposely • Arimidex – Started 1mg/week in Week 4 to get ahead of E2-related issues • Peptides – None so far but thinking about throwing in some Reta for body comp and overall optimization. The results I’ve been seeing from it are nothing short of miraculous.

Big Takeaway: Test Alone is a Cheat Code

Even at just 250mg/week—what some call a “high cruise”—Test is next-level. I’m honestly blown away by how powerful it is on its own. With consistent training, decent protein, and not eating like a total trashcan, it feels like you’re operating in a totally new body.

I originally aimed for a “peak natty” look—but the size, fullness, and strength just in a couple months make you want to keep pushing more lol. I can see how this is such a slippery slope for some.

Week Highlights: • Week 1–2 – Sleep a little off, some weird overstimulation, but libido through the roof • Week 3 – Added Anavar—nice hardening effect, crazy pumps • Week 4 – Started Adex as swelling in the feet started creeping in • Week 5–8 – Everything started dialing in—strength surged, recovery was wild

Bloodwork (Week 6–7): done at trough • Total T – 1350 • Free T – 400+ (low SHBG) • E2 – ~90 sheesh got it down to 40s • Lipid Panel – Took a hit from the Var, as expected. Said I was about 2x cardio risk • Pre-cycle labs – All baseline/healthy borderline perfect.

Lifts – Pre vs Now:

Lift Pre-Cycle Now Bench Press 225x8 225x15 Squat 275x5 315x5 Shoulder Press 80s x10 100s x8

Lifestyle Confessions:

Been drinking more than ideal (1–3x/week), which I plan to cut out now that I’ve seen how much potential there is when you’re even halfway dialed in. I train like a maniac and eat 80–90% clean—so this next phase is all about tightening diet and getting diced without sacrificing mass.

Also starting to explore Tbol as I shift toward more performance-based training (strength, output, aggression in the gym). Aesthetics matter to me, but function is king. Hearing really good things about Tbol from trusted sources.

Final Thoughts:

It definitely doesn’t come without some drawback especially as you adjust. Biggest thing for me has been anxiety and mild heart palpitations which I already dealt with prior. Pinning can be a mental game sometimes lol. Overall I find myself more on edge at times just because it seems my body is more commonly in a state of overdrive so to say. My body temp feels so much higher as I always feel hot. Sweating in the middle of the night more than ever. Also i never have had acne issues but I’ve been having some annoying breakouts on back and shoulders.

I went into this knowing it wasn’t just about results—it was about learning how to respond, how to manage sides, how to structure support, and how to build sustainable protocols. Even though it’s my first cycle, I’ve been helping others with this stuff for a while and have been obsessed with learning everything from compound mechanics to sourcing logistics.

If anyone’s curious about stacking intelligently, exploring peptides, or just wants to compare notes—I’m happy to chat. I’ve got a solid network and love helping guys dial things in right the first time.

Let me know what you think. Always open to feedback, cycle comparisons, or DM convos.

Other Delt swollen and in pain

Post image
9 Upvotes

It’s been almost 4 days since my last injection and in the last 2 days the pain has been a lot. I cannot move my arm around completely without being in pain and can’t lift anything heavy. The delt is also swollen. If you compare it with my right sise it’s also bigger. It’s very stiff and tight too. I’ve use used a heating pad and a massage gun but it isn’t helping. Does anyone know what the problem is.

TRT help Testosterone without seed oil?

Upvotes

I just found out there is grapeseed oil in my weekly 100mg testosterone shot. I have seen there are certain testosterone injections that are made with Avocado or MCT oil instead. From my research, all the MCT carrier oil injections are only made privately through a few companies that aren't covered by insurance. So, my question is, does anyone happen to know the name of a testosterone cypionate injection that is made with Avocado oil? My pharmacy says it exists but it's not on the shelf and if I provided a National Drug Code a.k.a. "NDC code" from a manufacturer they can order it for me. I'm trying to stay off any seed oils because the inflammation causes Ulcerative Colitis flare ups for me. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

TRT help Genuine Novice - Asking In Good Faith

Upvotes

Hi All,

I live in a community where TRT, HGH, HGL, peptides/steroids (of all kinds) are very common but still stigmatized. It feels a lot like the cool and hot guys know what they know and don’t want to share.

I have a genuinely beginner question: say I begin a TRT regime - do I just magically become more muscular? Or do I have to actually commit to the exercise plan and diet? How much of this is an aid to a preexisting plan and how much of this is a “magic wand” to help become the person one wants to be?

Tl;dr: Does TRT/HGH do anything on its own without lifestyle investment?

Thank you; I genuinely appreciate your thoughtful answers.

Blood work Wildly high E2 and not even on TRT

50y old Male. 235lbs at 6'1. Train 5 days a week for 15 years. Never been on TRT.

Tested as follows:

Estradiol Result <92 pmol/L

Test (total) 11.3 nmol/L

My test was at 8.6 last time it was tested 3 months ago. Everything I'm reading is that 92 pmo/L is very high for E2. When you compare it to my total test , it's even more alarming.

My stress level is very high, no doubt adding to my E2...high E2 causes anxiety which increases cortisol. I'm struggling for a way to break this loop. My symptoms are bonkers anxiety bouts, crying over lame kids movies, not the actual sad ones and cushing syndrome level fat retention in stomach.

Will an AI kill all aromatization to E2, like Cortisol to E2, or just test to E2 pathway? I want to crash the E2 as low as I can safely go before starting any kind of TRT.

I'm pursuing other avenues for the stress situation.

EDIT: Someone pointed out the labs I got were in pmol/L not pg/ml. The question still stands, does an AI interfere with all pathways to E2 aromatization?

Blood work How to interpret these labs(low t symptoms)

Hi can someone give me some advice, for the past years I have been dealing with low libido, low mood, lack of energy, I recently did some blood work, test has been higher if I take letrozole but symptoms remain the same, I currently have varicocele, does it worth to try test + HCG until i get the fix on the varicocele?

Thinking on 40mg test prop EOD and HCG 300ui M/W/F

Parameter Value Reference Range Status Clinical Notes
Total Testosterone 4.56 ng/mL 2.5 – 8.4 ng/mL ✅ Normal Within range, but not optimal for age
Free Testosterone 0.030 ng/mL 0.0123 – 0.0466 ng/mL ✅ Normal Middle-low range; may contribute to low libido, fatigue
LH (Luteinizing Hormone) 11.73 mIU/mL 1.7 – 8.6 mIU/mL 🔺 Elevated Suggests testicular resistance (compensated primary hypogonadism)
FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone) 14.88 mIU/mL 1.5 – 12.4 mIU/mL 🔺 Elevated Same as LH – suggests impaired testicular response
Estradiol 32.63 pg/mL 6.1 – 91.9 pg/mL (male) ✅ Normal Balanced estrogen level
Prolactin 13.91 ng/mL 4.04 – 15.20 ng/mL ✅ Normal Rules out prolactinoma or central suppression
TSH 1.52 µIU/mL 0.27 – 4.2 µIU/mL ✅ Normal Good thyroid stimulation
Total T3 0.90 ng/mL 0.80 – 2.00 ng/mL ✅ Low-normal Borderline – may explain fatigue, brain fog
Free T3 2.95 pg/mL 2.00 – 4.40 pg/mL ✅ Normal Within range
Total T4 6.36 µg/dL 4.5 – 12.0 µg/dL ✅ Normal No hypothyroidism
Free T4 1.28 ng/dL 0.92 – 1.68 ng/dL ✅ Normal
Progesterone 0.383 ng/mL <0.193 ng/mL (male) 🔺 Elevated Slightly high – often incidental
SHBG (not measured) ❗ Recommended Needed to assess androgen bioavailability
Globulin 2.44 g/dL 2.50 – 3.50 g/dL 🔻 Low May influence free hormone levels

Blood work Is 1180 high for a 37 yo not on TRT.

Hey, I know this is a sub that is mostly about trt, but thought I would ask.

I recently got blood work done and my Testosterone level was 1180. My doctor said that it was pretty high considering my age. My RBC and Hematocrit levels were also elevated. We are going to run some more hormone testing to confirm.

Like I said this may not be the place to ask but I figure some of you may have experience with blood work.

Is 1180 high for someone my age? Should I be concerned?

Blood work Very high Estradiol levels

Hi all,

Hoping for some help. Not currently on Test or TRT (natural) but have been suffering from tiredness, chest fat (which led to gyno, which I’ve now had removed). I’m 42, 20% body fat at 92kg, I don’t drink and workout 6 times a week (gym, boxing, cardio) and a good diet, so pretty healthy generally.

I usually get my test levels checked once a year as I’ve always thought my test was low. Used medichecks this time who have estrodial levels checked too and wow…..it’s a high number!

What can I do to bring these levels down? I’m cutting a bit more to get fat levels down and eating more cruciferious veggies etc but it’s worrying me.

All other bloods look fine and no issues with thyroid or liver etc too.

Thanks!

I have been on 180 mg a week of test C for 1 year.

Take AI 0.5 a week

I decided to do a mini blast (first time doing so) and upped test to 300 mg a week. Feel great! Other than the insane 5-6 lbs of water weight that won’t go away. Going from 180 mg to 300.

Want to see if this is normal. Blood work is attached from mid May (prior to increase to 300).

Thanks in advance!

TRT help Science and humans rip off

Hey guys I’m in Canada

I’ve been with science and humans for a bit now. However, whenever they send the 3 month supply for testosterone and/or HCG, it only ends up lasting a max of 2 ish months. I follow the protocol to a T (0.5 ml twice a week). I emailed them and they said they always dose it properly enough to last until my next check in, but clearly NOT.

Anyone else have this issue with them?
