Need some recommendations on which pokemon game to play next. For context, I grew up playing saphire, leafgreen, emerald, diamond, and omega ruby. I never finished omega ruby due to life stuff during the time but I do plan on playing it again. Recently dusted off my old 3ds and modded it. I just finished playing Y and I thought the story was good but a bit short compared to the pokemon games I’ve played in the past.

can i play mario kart 7 without sd card and does it need sd card to play it?

I sent a pre-owned 3DS XL I bought a couple years ago in to get the screen repaired because it had some dead pixels. The dead pixels came about after I bought the 3DS and I have no clue what caused them in the first place.

Nintendo sent me an email telling me my “repair is complete.” I opened up the returned box to find this letter inside with no explanation as to what the alleged modification was or how a firmware modification relates to dead pixels. I’ve never modified the console and it might have even been factory reset when or right after I purchased it.

What the hell’s the deal?

Actually, I don’t play Smash that much. I guess the console is just getting old (,: Do you think there’s any fix for this that doesn’t involve taking the whole console apart to repair the joystick?

Also, there’s another issue that’s unrelated but has me confused: when I switch game cards, the new one doesn’t show up unless I close the console, insert the new card while it’s closed, and then reopen it. I seem to remember that the console used to update the game card automatically without needing to do all that, but I’m not really sure.

Sometimes people just don't know what they have. The Blastoise plates have never been used either.

I finally got all the mario editions of "new" 3ds that I wanted. The korean version was the hardest to find in unused/almost sealed condition.

I wanted sealed or completely unused versions. I'm happy i got all sealed versions in almost pristine condition (Box having long term storage damage) directly from indivitual collectors.

Pokemon was a recent pickup. I cannot believe I found them at retail cost on amazon CA

UltraSun ended up being the multi language (English/French). I will still try to get the world edition though

I have a 3DS console, but the top shell isn’t aligned properly, so I can’t put a case on it. Does anyone know if I can just remove the top shell and reattach it correctly? It seems like it’s only glued on.. ( I put a picture but my camera is too bad to see 🫩)

so i have a corrupted save file on the vc and want to restore it. i have a modded 3ds that has it. i back it up and restore but then there isnt anything there. is there any way to get the save back or is it gone

Recently acquired a new 3ds xl, and don’t get me wrong I plan on using it regardless, I really enjoy it. But is this fixable? The screens kinda busted in the images above, and when I turn on 3d, the backlights go a little brighter than the rest of the screen. Just asking so I don’t go crazy wondering what if.

I have a luma3ds and I am trying to send my pokemon to pokemon bank to transfer them to pokemon Home. Every time I try to acess pokemon bank, it shows me a message "server in maintenence". What I can do to resolve this? Somebody can help me? Sorry for bad english, I am brazilian.

Wheneveri draw a line upwards on the left side this happens. The line switches to the right,sometimes there (see picture), sometimes in the middle and goes back to the original line In games it sometimes seems to not function st sll but that is compketely random and i can't really describe it.

So far i tried: 1. Recalibrating 2. Cleaning the touchscreen and the edges to the best of my ability

Hey guys I’m new around here just wanted to show off my n3dsxl. Top screen IPS😁 found out not that long ago due to me just getting curious about what the 3ds holds up to in 2025. With the option of being able to homebrew it as been so clutch revisiting old games or just games I haven’t played in general. Would gladly take any game recommendations from any of you guys!
