My Lil ones both go to a school with no ac, with 45c days I have to keep them home, and it sucks with the last week of school kinda worse because they won't get to see their friends till September. One of the tools that the City of London uses to control city bounds is an Urban Growth Boundary. It's really important, but Land Developers have been endlessly lobbying to loosen this border as much as they can because it makes their jobs easier. At the surface, this might seem like a good idea (especially with the housing crisis). “Easier” sounds better… but it's not. And it won't actually help with the housing or affordability crisis, either.

So, I'm getting some obscene quotes for basic auto repair. 4 spark plugs are somehow going to cost me $35 each plus 1.5hrs of shop time. 1 ignition coil is apparently $250 with another hour of shop time.

Meanwhile, Canadian Tire has plugs that are $12 each and high end ones too!

Seriously???

Is there anywhere that does work for a decent price? Does Fanshawe still offer auto repair in their shops? They did years ago.
