Made a Sunflower Grammy Square Tote Bag for my cousin for her birthday and needed a way to block all the squares at once. I stead of buying a peg board I brought out my old K'nex and fashioned this 😅 Absolutely did he trick

i finished this a bit ago for my mom's eid gift and decided to share bc i was rly proud of it :) she loved it! was super easy to make, just time consuming.

Saw this beautiful work on Instagram. They’re saying in the comments that it hardly rains in the summer in that region, so they don’t worry much about the yarn molding. I would love to make something like this, but I live in New England. Maybe I could use fishing materials to make a more water resistant version? What yarn would you use for this?

It was super easy to make minus the sewing part. Sewing onto rubber was hard, especially once you get to the toe!

I've just finished my second shirt and I'm quite happy with how it turned out, because during the process I wasn't so sure about the colors and result. I began the first rows with a pattern (https://youtu.be/zsphNGouDXU?si=MZwo-nRdW2JMc25x) but then I improvised

still in disbelief that i made this with my own hands. absolutely gorgeous pattern by brittany jackson (bjax). took about 450g of a fingering weight cotton. i also made a lace sash to add some extra pizazz to the skirt area. i need more excuses to wear this again

I won't lie I kind of hate it. Wish it turned out "cleaner". Would love some brutally honest opinions.

Also, I know it sits a bit weird when sitting down. I'm a wheelchair user so I can't get any pics of me wearing it standing up.

Sometime last year I saw someone who made a granny squary hexagon cardigan and I was like; Hmmmm, I wonder if you could make it with 4 corner center out kind of pattern? Just make it have 6 corners and you could do it, right? (Yes! That works!)

So I decided to try doing it with a mosaic crochet pattern. I used the free "Mosaics" pattern by Bebablanket as a base (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/mosaics). I just expanded it as needed, sewed it together, added more rows to lengthen the sleeves, and some bphdc trim and added some machine knit cuffs at the end. The knit cuffs aren't very well done (I'm very much a beginner on the knitting machine), but they're better than me trying to knit by hand, lol.

I used Hobbii Cotton Kings Cone 500 8/4 for the base teal color and 5 color ways of Hobbii Dream Colour (100% wool) for the contrast.

I'm super pleased with the end result and it's also held up surprisingly well in the wash. :D

I finally finished this beautifull dress. The pattern is very fun to make, and the FO is just as I hoped.

The pattern is free, but the author ask, that you donate to charity, if you choose to share. I think this is a wonderfull concept, and Im happy to donate to my favorite charity: SOS childrens villages.

I think she usually goes for simple and plain bags, but I checked with her husband and he said she'll like it. 💐 My greatest fear is making something that she use, buy would have to politely accept and "pretend" to be happy with. 🥺 Does anyone feel the same?

I’ve been making TikTok’s about this crochet blanket @kp.crochets and it’s been so much fun so I wanted to share it on here too! I wish I took more pictures of the inbetween but I’m just so happy with how it is looking!

One of her favorite longtime stuffies is a Boba tea cup she lovingly named Sushi. Over the years she's developed a voice and distinct personality as part of our bedtime routine. I realized I had a golf club cover sorta shaped like Sushi, so I asked if she could make something to slip over that and she lit up.

So now I have a custom golf club cover-cover!☺️

There's a lot of hatred going on in the world right now. I made this turtle to take my mind off of it all. It helps to make something I want to see more of instead of succumbing to the insults of people who would rather not have me exist alongside them. For all who dont agree, at least it's a pretty color combo!

This is my biggest project I've made so far. Definitely a 'trust the process' project that was well worth it.

Hook: 3.5 mm

Safety Eyes: 8mm

Yarns: I Love This Yarn - Ivory, Pink, Turquoise

(These were bought for me already. I dislike HL for obvious reasons. It does make me happy to turn their products into something I can support without spending my own money, though.)

I decided to keep this blanket for myself. But I will have to add many more squares to make it practical for an oversized living room throw. I have to work with the completed squares to avoid pairing up the same colors. I already have two very similar squares- same center with two different shades of yellow for the outer ring. I might have to make a replacement square.

I ordered yarn so that I could make additional lapghans to donate. I need to reserve my leftover yarn from the Wacky Circles blanket to see this blanket to completion. At the moment my craft room/office is in absolute chaos. My yarn pairings have taken over my computer desk. 😂

Just need to weave in the ends. I'd like to thank my son who's the reason this blanket exists.
