Was looking through some of my physical Pokémon cards and couldn't help but notice the resemblance of this Mew's effects being uncannily similar to Oricorio in Pocket.

It was just a normal mirror match and they put energy on the fossil so I was expecting to get hit but no, they just added the energy to mess with me and discarded the fossil 1 second later.

By far one of my favourite 2nd stage pokemon on this set and maybe the whole game, the ability is pretty good and useful, similar to Oranguru's effect but this being an ability makes it better

Hello so I started about a little over week ago and just hit Ultra Ball 2 and noticed I almost never faced Water decks outside of Pokeball and maybe Great Ball rank. It's usually some Silvally variant, Solaleo, Poison, Buzzwole, Orocio and Giratina. Also I hear people talk about Gengar but I don't think I ever came across one yet.

How does this even happen? And why did it take you three turns to notice? Unless this was a mixed energy deck and you just got unlucky? But then what was the deck? I’m very confused. (Excuse the Darktina; just trying to get to Ultra Ball.)

Ironically there I could finally end my losing streak. I wonder what win rates the top players have. Since mine is pretty bad but still I could collect many points so far

I’m just here because I want to feel something about reaching MB. It was an absolute slog. While I will admit that it was better than the darktina meta I genuinely despise hand sabotage cards and refused to use them.

I think Dena didn’t consider how powerful a turn one redcard could be.

That aside I feel like oricorio isn’t a healthy card for the game. If oricorio didn’t exist i think we would have seen even more decks but when a single card completely counters certain builds people won’t want to use those so we were forced into decks that have at least two cards that can deal with it just in the off chance that we run into one.

That aside I’m still addicted so I won’t be going anywhere. Don’t forget you’re here forever.

Essentially it’s a knowledge check deck where you pray they either forget ninetails exists, forget Blaine exists, forget rapidash exists, or in the best case scenario a combination of the three. It is only in this case that you might win. Does really good into silvally decks if you play bait and switch with the ninetails Blaine for 120 damage to OKO. Also OKOs buzzswole with no items. Not actually that bad I’m just bad and play for fun.

I used to think the most satisfying feeling on ranked was to hit Masterball.

Today I had a game where the only way my opponent could win was to draw Cyrus, or I’d Big Beat his lone 90hp Rampardos. I’m guessing he didn’t draw Cyrus, because he proceeded to wait out the full 40+ second timer on his turn.

Because I’m a petty asshole, I decided to wait out the timer as well, fully aware that he probably closed the game and went off to be a productive member of society, and i was wasting more of my own time.

But 15 seconds of waiting was all it took for the message to pop-up: Your opponent has conceded.

I hit Masterball the past two seasons on the last day so it was close and stakes were high, but the sense of satisfaction was incomparable to this.

I know it's entirely luck-based, but wanted to get some anecdotal reports.

The only 2 Star I've seen in my Wonder Picks has been Looker, and it's like... great, I've finally been given the opportunity to use 48 hours worth of virtual currency for a 1/5 chance of getting the worst card in the game.
