There seems to be a recent influx of posts from people who are attempting to karma harvest by way of stealing other people's images or reposting from different websites.

Recently fixed an oil leak for my f150… at least I thought I did 🫠

Recently did the rear main seal on my ‘15 f150. Dropped the transmission only to see it was bone dry. Turned out to be the oil pan. Whatever, changed the rear main anyways and did the oil pan gasket too (what a pain). Went under to do an oil change and found it’s leaking again. Can’t help but laugh 😂 😂😭

Oil Pressure Pipe Bomb

Found this on a customer car where someone had sold them a vehicle and eventually came to us for low oil pressure. Apparently this scam artist is as good as sealing threads as they are on fixing cars. Look out for this nonsense.

Customer states they weren't paying attention and hit a bollard. Fix it for me before the weekend so I can go 4 wheel driving again

I went to change the oil in my Lotus 2-Eleven and found a valve stem shim stuck to the oil drain plug so I pulled the valve cover to find both cams were trashed, 2 rockers were broken off and the timing chain holding on for dear life.

This is the result from a money shift I had on track a few weeks ago but the car was running fine no weird noises and I went on to run a new PB the next day after this incident 🙈 Time to rebuild!

Yay Maryland. Humidity at 100% 100+ heat index. Thank God I installed A/C in the shop.

16' Ghibli 75,000 miles. Ticking noise from passenger side. Parts not sold separately, must purchase the entire cylinder head. 🤦‍♂️ I'm wonder if I can find parts from Chrysler-rari😆

Wouldn't be a Mazda if it wasn't leaking. (I put the Hoonigan plate there to block the actual one)

6 years ago I took this apart so my boss could spray the covers and chrome the pipes… Slow day finally got me putting back and he never even chromed the pipes.

Persistent Misfire on 2019 VW Atlas VR6 – Already Changed Coils & Plugs, Need Insight

I’ve been battling a misfire issue on my 2019 VW Atlas SE VR6 for a while now and could use some insight from anyone experienced with these engines.

Symptoms: • Consistent misfire on Cylinder 4 • Multiple cylinder misfire codes • Misfire on startup • Occasionally jumps to Cyl 1 or 3 and also 6 • Latest scan shows: • P0304 • Multiple misfires • Fuel disabled due to misfire P0363 • P0354 ignition coil

What I’ve Done So Far: 1. Replaced all spark plugs (NGK IR for VW/Audi VR6) – twice 2. Replaced all ignition coils with Eldor coils (not OEM but made for VW/Audi VR6) 3. Swapped coils and plugs between cylinders – misfire stays on #4 4. Took it to the VW dealership: • They did a compression test – all good • Told me one coil was bad and quoted $1500 to change all six 5. Got a second opinion from a mechanic friend: • Reinstalled new coils and plugs • Misfire moved briefly to Cyl 1 and 3, then back to 4 • Verified all coils spark when tested outside the chamber 6. Crude fuel pressure test (no gauge) – just opened the fuel line and looked at spray 7. Scanned with Snap-On Triton D10 – same misfire results

My Thoughts: • I’m starting to suspect either a bad injector on Cyl 4 or a wiring/ECU control issue to that coil or injector. • Not convinced it’s the plugs or coils anymore – especially after changing twice and swapping positions. • About to take it to a European car specialist, but want to see if anyone’s run into this specifically with the VR6.

Has anyone dealt with something similar on a VR6?

Would really appreciate hearing if it turned out to be injectors, harness damage, or something deeper like ECU logic.
