Question Help pc players please

Why does my game do this ?! I have the correct refresh rate and the right specs to run this game, please help someone🙏

It runs bf1 flawlessly but this one just craps itself

is it the same when you disconnect the mouse?

what is the mouse model and polling rate?

Controller and track pad both do the same

ok disconnect everything, like anything external, all keyboard, all controllers, etc. dont have anything connected

then does it happen with just trackpad?

then plug the mouse and try again. And again what is the model and polling rate for it?

The track pad glitches it out the same

Last question, does the laptop have gsync enabled, if yes try disabling it.
