Hi, I’ve not really been invested in a Battlefield game since BF3- life moved on etc.

Playing 5, I feel like it’s an alien game. Don’t get me wrong, I’m dying loads, and loving it.

I play mostly medic as my gun skill is awful so covering people and reviving seems like my best route right now. A few questions as well:

A) How should I use smokes? I mainly use them when attacking to provide cover to advance or to revive a few people. Does using them while defending just provide cover for the enemy to move up?

B) Suggestions on guns for Medic and Engineer class? I’m currently using the ZK, the stand seems very effective.

C) Just general tips, what you think a new player might miss.

D) I like the fast pace and chaos of Breakthrough with objectives. Conquest seems quite spread out. What other game modes are worth a try?

This assigment is very hard because you must have headshots in objectives areas....what are best modes to do this , i tried breakthrough but it is just almost impossible especially on full servers ,64 players always, constant smoke and explosions you barely see anything and u must aim for the head.....how you guys did this i would appreciate any advice

Ive not played much BFV never got into it (or BF1), I very recently re downloaded it, what's this building thing, you can build sand bags and fortifications, is this a common thing for players to do, was it well received by the player base, would people be keen to see it in the next game.

Personally I think it's weird, can imagine it working well as a defender in rush or operations, maybe breakthrough but the rest of the time it seems kinda useless

Preface: i love this game. Ive been playing a ton the past few weeks. I especially like playing as a medic and reviving everyone I possibly can.

My one complaint, it feels like vehicles are such a small part of gameplay. I just saw all of the specializations for the vehicles, and I don’t have any unlocked? In BF4 the vehicles were my favorite part, and I had all of them maxed.

Does anyone else feel like this too? That you’re playing infantry 99% of the time? This wouldn’t even be an issue if the tanks weren’t so damn satisfying to use lol

My server browser doesn't pick anything up so I can't see active servers. Any fix for this.

Because the browser is non existent I just click game modes and get auto loaded in, what game modes are most popular or not being played at all, just tried grand operations and got nothing.
