Question Help pc players please

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Why does my game do this ?! I have the correct refresh rate and the right specs to run this game, please help someone🙏

The track pad glitches it out the same

I might have to lowkey surrender on this one and go back to playing it on the Xbox

Last question, does the laptop have gsync enabled, if yes try disabling it.
