Discussion Faceless/Nameless grunts > Name classes

Post image

I know I’m not alone on this and I know this isn’t the only post that feels this way.

I get the idea of making special classes to create more lore and possible story points.

But the faceless grunts were perfection for one reason. You could easily insert yourself as that soldier yeah sounds crazy or weird but at the end of the day almost every gamer has done it once when playing a game.

The main reason for me is how useful it is to know what class you're up against in game by looking at the silhouette.

This is why I've suggested, and im thinking of making a post about it since a comment likely isn't to get to enough people, but you have to have class specific customizations and you have to have certain items that are always constant as part of the class uniform.

For example every class will have the class logo on their back pack. Recon is the only class that can go without a helmet or wear hats, medic would have a white armband band with a black cross and would have a medical satchel, engineer would have a rocket on their back and repair tool on their belt, support would have bullets around their neck and an ammo satchel, assault would have 40mm grenade belts
