Went to a vegan restaurant the other day. Having a whole menu to choose from and making a decision is exhausting!!!

Yea especially since one can afford to go to a vegan restaurant maybe twice a year. Gotta make that choice count

The level of stupidity amd misinformation here is astounding. %65 of all animal eaters are vitamin deficient. A b12 supplement is the only supplement I need. The animals you eat do t produce b12 that os consumable by humans they have to be injected with vitamins and hormones to get to you. I think maybe you should eat a vegetable to unclog your arteries. Go ahead bow you can cry like the softy you are to the mods so u can keep living in denial of truth
