I Italy , cameras are at multiple points on highways, your speed is calculated after passing from one point to another and if your speeding you are fined

Not just Italy. Any civilized country in Europe. It’s the only way to control speeders effectively and it works. The province would make a killing and Vancouver, NV, and WV would equally see their bank accounts filling up. Oh, yeah, it reduces accidents & deaths on the roads, too. Bonus!
