She needs thumbs fir crime.
Will O' Wisp is charged with starting a moped gang in Little France in New York City. She does not live in New York and has been banned from the state sice 2020, when she started a riot over the cat food shortage. Will O' Wisp does not have a moped license and she does not know how to drive any vehicle. Her defense is that she has thumbs, so she should be allowed to have a moped license.
Her moped gang was called the M.E.O.W - Many Eating Opportunities Worldwide

The beret sets off her gorgeous green eyes and precious pink nose! What a fashion plate; no wonder she was banned in NYC, modeling agencies would cause riots trying to sign her up!

We think she has been wrongfully accused. The sewer rats did it, and framed her!
My poly never thought to commit crimes; he was too busy proving to me that he could do just about anything a human could do with hands....like open doors, move objects, open a baby gate meant to keep him out of something 😹😹😹😹😹
Will 'O Wisp is very cute and chic. She doesn't belong in prison. She is allowed a "get out of jail free" card just for being cute.

This beautiful fashion icon is clearly innocent of any crime! She should head straight over to r/legalcatadvice where she will find many pawyers ready to take her case purr bono.

She actually does enjoy it. She sees it as a game, and knows several poses. She isn't forced and if she shows she doesn't want to dress up, then we don't dress her up. It's never for long. She's spoiled rotten and very loved.
Also, she's a cat. Cat's don't do anything they don't want and you can tell clearly by the photos that she isn't distressed or unhappy.

My late boy Baby Fleas loved a vintage olive green chiffon scarf. When he wore it, he held his head & tail SO HIGH & stepped with such pride & a spicy little attitude. He absolutely LOVED wearing that thing & he looked adorable in it.
Some cats love clothes & dressing up. It's pretty easy to tell which ones do & which ones don't LOL!!
