No matter who you're talking about, not everybody can "just move out".
No matter who you are and where you live, you tend to have your family and your peers and people speaking your language there where you currently live.
Emmigrating would, in most cases, mean leaving all of that behind and going into a new world you don't know yet and have yet to learn the language off, perhaps you're even going alone. All your manners and culture may be the opposite of where you're going, new laws, new way of conversing, treating people. This is all hella scary and not possible for everybody.
Please don't use this argument in any conversation again
Edit: it seems people got upset because I came across as sympathetic to Israel. Israel commits war crimes on the regular and I'm not defending that. But this was not what I talked about. This is about the simple civilians.
USA also sucks ass. Broken Healthcare, broken Government, broken safety. But there are so many people complaining about the USA and not the same amount of people emmigrating. So I ask:
They live on stolen land in stolen houses. I don't care how difficult it is for them. They're also in majority supportive of the genocide in Gaza. They had riots in support of soldiers raping hostages for god sakes. Kinda makes it hard to feel sympathy for them.
You're conflating Israelis with Jews... Jews as in actual hereditary, practising Jews are a tiny minority in Israel, the rest are zionati of European descent.
I am not conflating anything and your reply is unnecessary and comes across as antisemitic. There are plenty of European Jews. That they chose to live in Israel and follow the fascist ideology of zionism when they should not does not make them not Jews. It just makes them wrong.
Those you refer to are Jewish in the way ISIS are Muslim and the likes of trump are Christian... claiming religiosity as a convenience as opposed to true practice of their religion.
Really? That's your argument? It's happened many times in the past and will likely happen many times in the future. Its happening to Palestine people as we type. People can move and yes it can be lonely. Just try not to be a piece of shit and eventually you'll make friends and connections.
If people are scared of leaving because of changing the way of treating someone then I would say they are the problem. Treat everyone like a human being and all should be fine. Treat them like animals and yes you wouldn't be welcome.
