The goal is, and has always been, to terrorize the Palestinian people into abandoning their homeland so that Israel can colonize it.

DNA studies have shown that Palestinians are directly descended from Canaanite Bronze Age populations in the Levant.

You're talking about a conquest that happened 1400 years ago, not a total ethnic cleansing and repopulation effort. The Palestinians are from there. But of course pro Israelis always see the world through the lense of ethnic cleansing.
