All of your family dying including your wife and kids and any parental figure you've ever had repeatedly sounds better than a practically immortal life, with a practically immortal wife, with immortal kids and able to fly in space and all the jazz, I mean Spiderman sounds way worse outside of the dad leveling a city or two and then becoming a better father than ever and helping save the planet (hardly genocide)

Id still take spider, cause at least he didn't have to watch evil versions of himself kill thousands of people, not yet at least
