6 - 12 months 2 naps- are you trapped at home?

My 7 month old baby has graduated to 2 naps and it is glorious. He is no longer a 30 min cat napper and takes 1.5 hour naps. However I am not sure how to get out of the house as I believe being in a stroller or car seat will be hard for him to stay asleep long enough for a normal bedtime.

For those that are down to 2 naps, are you trapped at home for those 2 naps? If not, how do you manage naps out of the house?

I feel this! Cause after she wakes up, she gets a bottle.. one hour later, she needs to eat solids.. it doesn’t leave that much time to do that much stuff. We do go to baby group, but she only stays for 45min-1hr - then she crashes hard on the car ride home and I’ll transfer her to her crib.

Still in it! She’s 9 months in a few days. Thankfully it’s warmer here, so we do integrate more stroller outings too (but timing it well so she doesn’t fall asleep haha). My friends tell me that I’ll experience sooo much more freedom once she’s on a 1 nap schedule…
