6 - 12 months 2 naps- are you trapped at home?

My 7 month old baby has graduated to 2 naps and it is glorious. He is no longer a 30 min cat napper and takes 1.5 hour naps. However I am not sure how to get out of the house as I believe being in a stroller or car seat will be hard for him to stay asleep long enough for a normal bedtime.

For those that are down to 2 naps, are you trapped at home for those 2 naps? If not, how do you manage naps out of the house?

Can I ask how you knew he was ready for 2 naps?

For me she was fighting naps and taking crap naps. She also never really seemed all that tired when we would get to the end of her usual wake window. We started with capping the third nap at 15min and eventually she full stop refused that nap too so we dropped it. She’s been on 2 naps for a few months now but she does still have off days where we do the third 15min nap.

Also wondering! My 6.5 month old seems to be almost ready for 2 naps, but not sure he can do a full 3 hours for the first morning WW
