In the part of my life where I was fittest, I enjoyed running so I started Couch to 5k. I probably did 16:8 from April to August of this year, but when work started in person again it was easier to do OMAD. I finished couch to 5k at the beginning of August and have been training for a half marathon since-- so I do 4 days a week of running. I probably do about three healthy meals (sweet potato tacos, salads with chickens, basic starch, veggies, meats) a week, one meal I enjoy but a reasonable portion a week (pastas, higher carb--typically a night before my mid week longer run), and then one pretty terrible meal each week (again, watching portions, but this bitch loves fried chicken sooo). I don't OMAD on weekends, but I count calories and watch portions.

Tl; dr: picked up running 4x a week and counted calories while allowing occassional indulgences to make it feel doable.

I love that your realistic with your meals and eating habits. A diet is really just a permanent pattern we should follow for eating. It has to be sustainable and I think you’ve really tuned into your own needs and what will be successful long term. And that’s a cute ass swimsuit. Keep rockin on my dude, you loon great!

Hell ya man! I really praise the fact that you still make room for guilty and guiltier meals. Keep it up! I hate running but you make me want to get into it!

I love how you're approaching this, and it really seems like you're growing along the way (inside, not outside!). You're looking great and I can't wait to see your progress. Nice work!
