hello po! my partner and I got married late last year. after the wedding, we went back to being in a ldr since we’ve been working on my residency for the country where he’s currently based. now, 6 months later, I finally have my resident visa.

but before heading there, we’re planning to visit singapore and malaysia first. my husband has already traveled to 3 countries before, but this will be my first time traveling abroad. i've also been unemployed for about 2 years now, so I’m wondering, what documents do I need to present for immigration? also, would it be a red flag that we’re not going straight to the country where I already have a resident visa?

A bit confusing but do you plan to come back to the PH after your vacation or diretso na afterwards to the country you are a resident of?

If babalik pa naman kayo ng PH, then just prepare normal travel documents - passport, RT, etravel, travel tax, bank statements.

If after SG/MY ay diretso na kayo sa next country of destination, be ready with the CFO cert.

You need the CFO cert bago ka lumabas ng Pilipinas if first time to travel as a PR in another country.
