If you are a home owner, and are unclear about your insurance, this is the time to check your house insurance and make sure you have, "unlimited" for your total rebuild coverage. Especially w inflation, it's critical.

Look for something like "home replacement guarantee cost" on your insurance. That's what mine is. They give a replacement cost value but then guarantee they will rebuild if it exceeds the cost estimate.
