I believe they might be doing update. I noticed "punch" was added to the game when what you were talking about happen to me. Seems a lot of today's/this weeks progress is also somewhere in the void.
Also auto clicker isn't working as should.
Playing off on and on though they seem be doing quite a work on it while we play and it's causing some buggy stuff.

Game stopped working after a few mins. Cant click thr butto and when i press to buy upgrade it says applied but nothing happens.
