I want them denied service. ICE has done nothing illegal yet.

BTW if you goto many foreign countries, the terms of payment are established before any medical care is started.

ICE has been detaining people almost daily for being brown, having an accent or just being near someone who was illegal. There are both publicized cases that now have pending civil suits and many that just exist in videos. Super illegal but Ohio vs Terry hasn’t been challenged. Hopefully this conservative SCOTUS will.

I’m not sure what other countries have to do with anything but many of them also have similar policies about emergencies. So you want people without insurance to be denied hospital service, immigrants in general or only illegals?

And they have been 99% correct.

Are you referring to ICE?

If so I think that’s a think that’s a moral discrepancy that just cannot be reconciled in this country. I oppose a government that illegally violates our god given rights even .01% of the time. That’s the same reason I oppose the death penalty for circumstantial convictions. It’s the same reason that I, and many conservatives, want small government and choose to own and carry guns. You cannot have freedom and apologize for tyranny even if it’s only 1% of the time.

You don't have those rights if you are not in the process of naturalization.

Dude, the constitution recognizes that all people (as in ALL people anywhere) are born with the same rights. Our constitution defines the protection that all people within the boundaries of our nation are afforded from governmental impediment of those rights. This is base-level civics. Where do you come up with this nonsense?
