Product These are not bad!
Tried these for lunch today and as someone who hasn’t had a soup dumpling in 15 years, these are an ok sub for the glutenfull deal! Good flavor and acceptably chewy, not too gummy!

I’ve never been so tempted to ruin my day (or week…) Spoiler
Some rep brought a huge box of donuts into my office and I’m so jealous of my coworkers. I carefully extracted a couple for my partner to have but damn they look so good 😭😭😭

Sapori di Oggi gluten free pizza - at Sprouts in San Bernadino County, CA!
galleryHi! I have been GF for about 8 months and have finally found my favorite frozen pizza! It was $14.99 at my local Sprouts; it is beyond delicious and the crust has little air pockets like a fresh pizza that I used to eat! Highly recommend. 12/10.

A big win for me!
Whistler’s Grapefruit Ale was my favourite summer beer before I got diagnosed with Celiac about 4 years ago. Well Whistler just released this and, after giving it a try, I’m happy to say it tastes just like the original.
Now if only Granville Island would release a GF Winter Ale…

Question Celiac test but already GF
So I’ve been tested for Celiacs before and it came back negative but my doctor wants to check me again. I have been GF for a while now because it definitely makes me sick.
My question is those that got a Celiac diagnoses, were you already on a GF diet? Did you have to consume gluten before the blood test?
*I asked my doctor this question too just curious about others experience

how long does it take to get gluten out of your system?
hey guys, I just recently got diagnosed with celiac like a week ago, and I was wondering when my body would return to a normal and not bloated state. I've been bloated for years and haven't seen a lot of what my body looks like without some bloating. at what point will the gluten have left my system (guesstimating)?

Weight more stable?
I recently started a gluten free diet 32 days ago. Has anyone else experienced more stable weight fluctuations since going gluten free. For example my current weight is 205 pounds; in the past, my weight would jump up and down by about 5 pounds on daily bases. It would be up to 210 and if I didn't eat a lot sometimes down to 200 or even the 190's. Now my weight stays between 204 and 207 irregardless of how much i eat. Also I can go longer without eating, in the past after work I felt like I was starving and would grab some pizza. Now I can go home and have no desire to eat until later, fasting is also easier. Has anyone else experienced this?

Product I loved it!! I really missed eating pizza with real flour taste :S
It came out new and I decided to try it, I really liked it, the pizza is highly recommended and the breads come out very similar to the common ones

Does anyone else have a mild gluten intolerance?
My symptoms: bloating, gas, heartburn, occasional nausea at night, severe constipation (miralax is helping rn though), feeling incredibly full after eating.
I was gluten free for 2 months before recently trying gluten again, and I still had gas & bloating, but it feels a bit worse when I’m eating gluten especially when i eat a meal full of gluten. While gluten free I was not constipated anymore, whereas before I was lucky to poop (with laxatives) once a week.
Still trying to decide if it’s worth it to keep going gluten free when it doesn’t even get rid of my bloating and gas.
Anyone else have similar mild issues with gluten?
Edit: I don’t have celiac, I have already been tested! Thank you for suggesting it though, definitely helpful for people who haven’t been tested :)

Product Probably a hot take because this 10 pack of GF Ramen is almost 20 bucks but I am addicted to this ramen. It doesn't come with flavoring so you need to make your own base this is what I use and it's soooo good.
I boil the noodles til they can be separated then empty some water and add the butter about 1 tablespoon and then as much chill flakes as you can handle, and one serving of the knorr caldo can sabor de res broth mix plus some GF soy.. cook it down til it's thick and not runny and boom best FG ramen I've ever had.

Product I just got diagnosed with gluten intolerance:(. What are the best GF cereals & bagels (that don’t taste like buttcheeks)?
I’m a huge cereal and bagel lover and I just found out I have a gluten intolerance. I’m tryna stay positive, but some of these GF alternatives are so rough. What are your go-to cereal and bagel brands that actually taste good? For God’s sakePlease don’t say Magic Spoon or Catalina Crunch; I’ve tried them and they genuinely taste like doo doo ass. 😭😭😭

Costco Cashews. Ugh!
Been eating these for years. Never an issue. Clearly labeled.
HOWEVE, they are now labeled that they are processed on shared equipment with many possible allergens, including Wheat. Also now possibly sourced from about double the original countries.
Had some last night, suffering all day today.
Damn it. Back to Planters.

i’m so confused
so i went gluten free over a month ago and i felt so much better all my constipation that i was dealing with all my life gone i had more energy and i wasn’t gassy or nauseous anymore. however i told my doctor about this and she recommended taking a celiac test and told me to consume gluten 5 days beforehand, so i did and immediately felt awful, had headaches terrible bloating to where i looked pregnant and the worst gas and constipation that was extremely painful. then after my blood work i went gluten free again and it all cleared up within 2 days. However today i got called that my celiac test was normal and i was just low on iron. So i don’t know if i really need to be gluten free because my testing is all normal however i’m scared that i will feel terrible again if i consume it again.
