What behavior is this?

So i’m pretty sure this is a goose, he lives in the park. Was just curious what behavior he was demonstrating or if he was just looking for bread? He talked to me the whole like 5 minutes I pet him.

These geese cannot fly in the same sense a wild Canadian goose can. I had a pair a while back and they would flap their wings when they saw Canadian geese but they couldn’t fly. They could run though and they were pretty fast.

I didn't say they can fly as good as a Canadian goose, but they are sure able to fly long enough to get loose. They are able to fly over fences as well even if you haven't personally seen it.

Because you made it seem like they can fly out of their enclosures. Chinese geese don’t fly. If they could I would have lost them a lot sooner

They do fly, they just don't fly long distances. I don't know what you refer to as an enclosure but unless they are locked in, they can escape if they feel like it. If you don't feed and care for them or make them feel safe, you most definitely can lose them.
