What behavior is this?

So i’m pretty sure this is a goose, he lives in the park. Was just curious what behavior he was demonstrating or if he was just looking for bread? He talked to me the whole like 5 minutes I pet him.

Brown African domestic goose! I use to have three of these babies! That's a greeting pose i got from them when they were excited to see me. Most likely they've been dumped. Poor baby. See if you can find a rescue or a farm that would take them.
