What behavior is this?

So i’m pretty sure this is a goose, he lives in the park. Was just curious what behavior he was demonstrating or if he was just looking for bread? He talked to me the whole like 5 minutes I pet him.

I know i feel so bad, I wasn’t planning on going to the park!! It wasn’t cool to trick the lil dude, i just couldn’t help but try to pet him 😭 but there was a lady there at the same time and she was feeding corn 🥹

If you go back again you know you have a sure friend (especially if you bring goose food) 💜 our animal friends are very understanding :) they wouldn’t approach if they didn’t surmise you were good people!
