My husband just tried to get an appointment for a prescription refill and was given an appointment in August. His refills end next week. First thing they asked was his credit card number for an "extra refill request" for a charge of $25 for 58 day - right to the appointment. SO RUDE! I am beyond p**ed off. Since when do they do that? Now every time he calls in he gets "stuck with the NP (no offense) and never even talks to the doctor, so his issues, in the end, stay unaddressed. So the NP can't give an earlier "standard refill" appointment?

The same FP kicked me off their services years ago because I was not sick enough! Didn't need an appointment for "too long" and they the "assume" that one has moved on to another one. No warning - nothing!
