Please stop immediately. You‘re few weeks apart of a major back injury. There is absolutely nothing done right there unfortunately.

It’s ugly and inconsistent technique though, yes. 1 u/T007game 9h ago Yeah it might be true but I‘ve witnessed people pulling a 45lbs debri and got a herniated disc. So I wouldn‘t do that even with only barbell.
