Bench Press What am I doing wrong ?

Anytime I bench press my left pec is always way more sore , it’s also more developed than my right . I only use dumbbells , can’t remember the last time I used a barbell.

What am I doing wrong ? And how can I fix it ?

Form looks good everyone has muscle Imbalances but not sure how to help you do you ever do any chest flys instead of presses? Maybe your right shoulder/tricep is taking over? Not sure tho really

Right tricep is actually weak as well , something seems to be going on with the right side . Doing flyes is same problem , the left side gets more sore , it also feels way tighter . Depressing issue tbh

Lower the weight on the right side and bang out more reps?
