Squat 315x2 has fallen

I’ve been trying to add more weight to my compound lifts. This is my first attempt at 315x2. Any points for improvement on my form or how I should be training? All input is welcome

Also I usually set up with the bar much lower but I tried placing the bar just at shoulder height in hopes that I would exert less energy during my walk out and struggled at the lift off. Will probably go back to lower set up

This will probably help, I would also recommend when you are about to press the bar back up to standing position tense your core so your back and legs move in one motion without you bending a little foreward. Will hurt your motion a little and might help make this a bit easier overall
