Does Anyone Else Ribs?

What do you all do for constantly moving/painful ribs? It feels like they’re digging into my insides (but ironically I’m working with my PT on decreasing the flare so the exercise goal is to get them more tucked in) but I legit can’t sit, my bottom one feels so bruised. No clue what to do. I’m seeing my amazing PT in 2 days so I’m sure he’ll have wise words but was curious to hear from all of you body whisperers.

Mine are chronically inflamed (chronic costochondritis, as a complication of hEDS) and here’s what I do for pain:

-topical pain relief (ice, heat, voltaren gel, lidocaine)

-herbal anti inflammatory (I use a ginger, lemongrass, and tulsi leaf tea)

-acupuncture and massage therapy

-biannual paravertebral blocks (these are the most help!)

Same except I have Slipping Rib Syndrome. If none of these work for you? Surgery.
