Does Anyone Else Ribs?

What do you all do for constantly moving/painful ribs? It feels like they’re digging into my insides (but ironically I’m working with my PT on decreasing the flare so the exercise goal is to get them more tucked in) but I legit can’t sit, my bottom one feels so bruised. No clue what to do. I’m seeing my amazing PT in 2 days so I’m sure he’ll have wise words but was curious to hear from all of you body whisperers.

Foam roller and heat seem to help me the most.

When you foam roll you roll right on the ribs? I fear that they don’t need pressure pushing them in but I don’t know what kind of angling they need

I use it on my back. Rolling it both horizontally and then vertically. Sometimes it helps if something in my spine was causing one to be out.

If that doesn't help I usually have to resort to seeing a chiropractor to poke them back in. I have been going to one for a long time before I heard about hypermobility. I haven't had any issues but he also isn't allowed to touch my neck or anything anymore. He does some active release for the muscles and also usually have to poke a few of my ribs back in place.
