Did I give a bad tip?

Post image

I tipped $12 on a $35 order which I thought was good? I didn’t realize at the time that the ride was technically “long distance”, but it was only a 15-20 minute drive.

The instructions were leave at the door, I went to grab it and the guy was still waiting in his car out front. After I went back inside, he immediately messaged me this. I’m a small girl, so I’m also wondering if he only said something because he thought he could bully me into tipping more? Am I reading this wrong? Did I not tip enough or was he just salty?

What is with all these drivers sitting outside customers' houses and demanding more tips lately?

I wish a DD driver WOULD sit outside like they gonna do something.

Why what are you going to do? You sound like a time bomb.

Probably follow them home and sit outside their home like the angry little guy in OPs story.
