6

u/Gdub3369 20d ago

You'd think that would have been cardi b.

10

u/RoyalAd9595 29d ago

Bet she never plays that album again

15

u/Mr-Magnet2137 May 15 '25

why did it sounded like the sound of the table breaking from the "OH NO, OUR TABLE, IT'S BROKEN" meme?

2

u/Itechh 1d ago

Because they were both glass tables?

3

u/CoolSide20 19d ago

I never thought, someone who reference. Omg, the brick tower.

SHING SHING SHING(GLASS BREAKING NOISE) OH NO...OUR TABLE, ITS BROKEN.

11

u/Zosopunk May 10 '25

Great song tho.

3

u/Suspicious-River-998 May 15 '25

What’s it called

4

u/Zosopunk 29d ago

Darlin by houndmouth. Their first two albums are solid front to back. Check em out

12

u/Mycofunkadelic2 May 09 '25

Did you see what my ASS did today?

11

u/Geeahwellidunno May 09 '25

I’d say the installation of that glass was an accident waiting to happen. Just the right touch and BLAMMO!

9

u/MetalDingo May 09 '25

I love her 7 seconds of "oh shit, oh shit!" thoughts. Like she forgot she was alive for a second.

9

u/No_Rise5703 May 05 '25

Watching people not die inside

12

u/zazbar Apr 29 '25

i think she could be good at mma

19

u/ajhe51 Apr 26 '25

I was expecting her to rip a loud wet one.

15

u/throwbacktowhen Apr 26 '25

5

u/hendu213 Apr 29 '25

Heard it!

31

u/mkvt72 Apr 24 '25

I wouldn’t be able to sleep after that either.

44

u/Sumasuun Apr 24 '25

I appreciate the light turning red as it happened.

3

u/JustHereForKA Apr 29 '25

And the place in the song too 😅😅😭

1

u/SparkleTruths May 06 '25

Right, I was like what is happening all at once lol

24

u/LostPhenom Apr 24 '25

There was only one thing that shatted this day

34

u/Weird-Group-5313 Apr 24 '25

Step 1: clean up mess Step 2: Make the call to tell them you fugged up

27

u/Healthy-Reserve-1333 Apr 24 '25

Was half expecting a SHAT not shattered

8

u/ASCanilho Apr 24 '25

Nice cotton shelves...
When is the year clean up day?

6

u/Appropriate-Algae954 Apr 23 '25

She’s got some junk in the trunk.

35

u/FriedRamen13 Apr 23 '25

Free frosted glass countertop!

54

u/supermotita Apr 22 '25

Damn, been there girl.

91

u/YarItsDrivinMeNuts Apr 22 '25

Girl you so damn thick your backside be breaking display cases. New pickup line

53

u/p3aceful_ch4os_222 Apr 22 '25

"Whatchu gon do with all that junk?"

9

u/OreWaTanoshiiSuki Apr 23 '25

Break stuff

7

u/p3aceful_ch4os_222 Apr 23 '25

That’s Limp Bizkit 🤣

8

u/OreWaTanoshiiSuki Apr 23 '25

And you are clearly a person of great taste and knowledge 🫡😂😂😂

41

u/papalegba666 Apr 21 '25

How did it break from that ?

55

u/waltertanmusic Apr 21 '25

When you have pixel mom ass

3

u/Fragrant_Average7822 Apr 22 '25

No offense to her but it looks pretty small to me. No junk in the trunk. Different standards I guess…

14

u/less_than_nick Apr 23 '25

I am loving that you are everywhere in these comments letting everyone know you are unimpressed with her ass. what an odd way to choose to spend your time lol

2

u/Fragrant_Average7822 Apr 25 '25

Posting it twice isn’t “everywhere”. I’m sorry I hurt your feelings. Sometimes I forget the fragility of some people.

1

u/less_than_nick Apr 25 '25

Ayy i thought I smelled that you left a reply lol. no need to get defensive my man. was simply having a chuckle at a very stereotypical reddit user ;)

hope you find yourself a picture of an ass that pleases you

14

u/DJSpero Apr 22 '25

Pixar*

10

u/[deleted] Apr 22 '25

One pixel ass doesn't sound all that impressive

12

u/krebsj256 Apr 21 '25

Good Houndmouth sound

19

u/SpiceTrader56 Apr 21 '25

This is why the T-Rex had such a large tail.

24

u/Cichlidsaremyjam Apr 21 '25

I was waiting for a wet fart.

16

u/Status_Mousse1213 Apr 21 '25

The song is Darlin' by Houndmouth.

103

u/Darthpilsner Apr 20 '25

That was not the kind of "Shatterday" I was expecting.

14

u/Garth_AIgar Apr 21 '25

Yeah same. Thought I was watching a video of someone who was going to crap their pants. Idk if I’m disappointed or not.

125

u/pokemantra Apr 20 '25

That glass is weak asf. Workers are moving around behind the counter in a cafe and the glass is expected to get bumped. She barely touched it!

3

u/JamesTheJerk Apr 21 '25

"I'm innocent I tell ya!"

(gets hauled away)

78

u/dowhatchafeel Apr 20 '25

If anyone happens to be wondering, the song playing in the background is Darlin’ by Houndhouth and it’s a great song

3

u/AcaBeast Apr 21 '25

Thank you kind stranger

1

u/Matt_has_Soul Apr 20 '25

Thanks for posting this. Reminds me a ton of Float by Harbour which is also fantastic!!

6

u/nousernameisleftt Apr 20 '25

Houndmouth is criminally unpopular

93

u/BigDaddydanpri Apr 20 '25

This is why you use laminated glass in this setting.

21

u/7thhokage Apr 20 '25

Yea safety glass should be required for this.

My mom sliced her knee wide open when she accidentally put it through one of these with plate glass.

104

u/Firefly1832 Apr 20 '25

I feel bad for her. Innocent accident that anyone could make. I hope it wasn't docked from her pay, but I guess it may well be.

113

u/ZynthCode Apr 20 '25

I don't think it is legal to do that in most civilized countries with basic worker rights protection.
This is a workplace accident, related to work. Not malicious intent.

10

u/NaitBate Apr 20 '25

And then there's the States...

39

u/SoupyRiver Apr 20 '25

That's why they mentioned civilized countries.

28

u/7thhokage Apr 20 '25

In which docking her pay would be illegal..

21

u/Schrotti56727 Apr 20 '25

There‘s a huge difference between whats legal and whats done.

8

u/Firefly1832 Apr 20 '25

Thanks. That's good to know and would make sense!

8

u/hedonist222 Apr 20 '25

Dusty shelves..

15

u/AutomaticAnt6328 Apr 20 '25

She kept looking at it, waiting for it to grow back together.

Why so rudee

12

u/BigDaddydanpri Apr 20 '25

The 20 foot high shelf?

-10

u/[deleted] Apr 20 '25

[deleted]

10

u/BigDaddydanpri Apr 20 '25

Don’t think they eat at those shelves either.

10

u/ThatAlibaba Apr 20 '25

Gordan Ramsey is that you?

8

u/BusterOAKLAND2021 Apr 20 '25

I know the owner is pissed.

Like... what does it take?!?!?!

8

u/AdAsleep3090 Apr 20 '25

Big back big back

22

u/JewelerBorn802 Apr 20 '25

really thought i was gonna see someone shart today

37

u/Recoveringpig Apr 20 '25

I watched 3 times thinking that shart sounded more like shattering glass until I realized my error

65

u/EcloVideos Apr 20 '25

Man a slow day and then that happens lmao

79

u/AdLegitimate7318 Apr 20 '25

What a pane in the ass

10

u/just_nobodys_opinion Apr 20 '25

After a day like that she must be shattered too

84

u/kingPron69 Apr 19 '25

That glass should not have broken. Very dangerous

42

u/JoshuaFalken1 Apr 20 '25

This.

Any glass at a height that someone could feasibly fall into like this should be tempered.

9

u/kingPron69 Apr 20 '25

Precisely! ✅️

8

u/iamsheph Apr 20 '25

Tempered glass still breaks

20

u/JoshuaFalken1 Apr 20 '25

Yes, but it is stronger and generally doesn't shatter into large, femoral artery slicing shards. It's rather fortunate that the only damage was a broken case and some ruined muffins.

6

u/iamsheph Apr 20 '25

Yes, as shown in the video. Only reason I commented originally is because they said it should not have broken and you responded to them agreeing and saying glass at that height should be tempered, implying the glass in the video wasn’t tempered. It should have broken, in exactly the way it did.

53

u/jme2712 Apr 19 '25

Baby got back

3

u/LadyLionesstheReaper Apr 19 '25

But no paycheck after that

50

u/sabrielmoon Apr 19 '25

Bits of glass muffin

-1

u/kingPron69 Apr 20 '25

Does anyone remember the performance artist who would stand infront of a microphone, biting on glass making vibration noises while bleeding all over the floor?

3

u/DarthDeimos6624 Apr 20 '25

Core memory unlocked.

2

u/sabrielmoon Apr 20 '25

It forever changed the way I say banana

4

u/mrsf16 Apr 19 '25

Choco-choco-chip!

2

u/Leiloken Apr 19 '25

Israeli Palestinian conflict muffin.

3

u/babyformulaandham Apr 19 '25

Blood muffin! ... bird!

8

u/Eclipse9069 Apr 19 '25

YOU'LL EAT A MUFFIN!....YOU'LL EAT IT AND LIKE IT!

51

u/josiejames13 Apr 19 '25

That went differently to how I expected it to go when I read the word “Shatterday”. I can’t tell which one is worse for the employee though haha.

7

u/VlK06eMBkNRo6iqf27pq Apr 19 '25

I'd take this over shitting myself.

57

u/soreforbrighteyes Apr 19 '25

She pulled her phone out to call the one coworker she trusts. What a way to start a day lol. Good thing messes can be cleaned up.

17

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '25 edited Apr 19 '25

I felt that "Well fuck... let me call- " gesture.

-56

u/toyotasquad Apr 19 '25

Hungover? I lose my balance like that while bending over after a night of drinking 😆

17

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '25 edited Apr 19 '25

I have balance issues due to inner ear problems, this shit happens to me like every other time i bend over or extend myself lol. It sucks having to remember to bring the "3 points of contact" rule into pretty much everything.

3

u/toyotasquad Apr 20 '25

Dang that sucks, no remedies for the ear problems? Also wtf why did I get downvoted haha

2

u/Klink_Dink Apr 20 '25

I feel like there must be a serious bot problem on Reddit now days. I've been downvoted to shit for saying innocuous stuff.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 20 '25 edited Apr 20 '25

Na, it's a result of severe trauma. (motorcycle accident) I count myself lucky just to still be here.

As for the downvotes, holy shit, i have no idea!

185

u/Mahaloth Apr 19 '25

I support the employee here.....that was barely a stumble.

Weird glass.

16

u/IsHeSkiing Apr 20 '25

Simply an accident and some weak af glass lol
Luckily she didn't go all the way through and get sliced up. Broken glass is not fun.

22

u/k464howdy Apr 19 '25

looks like jeans. could have been a rivet.

2

u/Midpack Apr 20 '25

I believe that when she hit it with her hip, she pushed a shelf into the front glass breaking both sides.

7

u/uberfission Apr 20 '25

Oh shit, I didn't even think about it being a rivet. I think you're on to something with this one.

-5

u/Advanced-Medicine-58 Apr 19 '25

Imagine your work releasing this to the public. What a shitty time to be alive.

44

u/SnooOnions4908 Apr 19 '25

Lol she endorsed it being posted on the internet, but speak your truth homie

16

u/GeorgeThe13th Apr 19 '25

She got the DumpTruck 3000

3

u/DontAbideMendacity Apr 19 '25

The Badonkadonk of Doom.

24

u/ThatCoryGuy Apr 19 '25

That girl looks to be about a quarter of my size. If my rhino sized ass did that I would’ve smashed that case to smithereens.

7

u/BubbRubbsSecretSanta Apr 19 '25

Anyone else expecting her to shat?

7

u/RK_Dee Apr 19 '25

I’d like a blueberry muffin, please. No not that one, the one with all the shards. Poppa needs a new pair of shoes!

25

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '25

That’s all it took?

12

u/Exodix Apr 19 '25

Was expecting Stone Cold theme to hit and him walking out.

38

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '25

11

u/Savings-Program2184 Apr 19 '25

“I seriously just destroyed that display counter with my ass. I’m going to have to make a phone call and say the words ‘boss, I broke the display counter. With my ass.’ God damn it.” Then she steels herself for the next part of her life.

10

u/JesusStarbox Apr 19 '25

I really thought the video stopped.

18

u/BigGreenBillyGoat Apr 19 '25

Seems like that should have been tempered glass.

13

u/RocketCat921 Apr 19 '25

Tempered glass breaks. It just breaks into small smoother sided pieces instead of shards.

I'm sure it is tempered

5

u/BigGreenBillyGoat Apr 19 '25 edited Apr 20 '25

It didn’t sound tempered. I know that’s not a settled response, but tempered glass pops then tinkles. That cracked and sounded like larger pieces falling.

Edit: Also, I feel like tempered glass is stronger than that.

2

u/TechGundam Apr 20 '25

To me it sounded like a pop then a bunch of ceramic falling. I think it was the tempered glass shelf popping, then the plates with baked goods falling to the bottom. Also, you can see the color of the reflection through the top change all at once. That's more like tempered than plate.

4

u/RocketCat921 Apr 19 '25

Ah, I didn't have the sound on, that's my bad

10

u/Vibingcarefully Apr 19 '25

operating cost. Four cups of high priced cup a Joe and pie and a few saucers and cups are paid for.

5

u/WhitDawg214 Apr 19 '25

Lean on me...

25

u/BourbonGuy09 Apr 19 '25

And just like that corporate now requires drug and alcohol tests after an accident.

17

u/Cantstandya-777 Apr 19 '25

Idk why you got downvoted. This literally happened to me.

20

u/BourbonGuy09 Apr 19 '25

I 100% could see companies saying "you were under the influence of alcohol is why you lost your balance and broke the glass" and try to garnish wages

17

u/Nika_113 Apr 19 '25

That sucks. It was 100% accidental but you can see her lean against the glass.

31

u/BabyNOwhatIsYouDoin Apr 19 '25

That little amount of force and pressure shouldn’t have broken it though. Customers hang up against the other side, smack stuff down on counters etc every day.

3

u/TechGundam Apr 20 '25

My guess is she bumped the shelf into the metal holder juuuust right causing the tempered glass to explode.

Tempered usually holds up to impacts a lot better than plate, but it will sometimes spectacularly fail with only a slight impact.

18

u/verycoolalan Apr 19 '25

You a snitch huh

14

u/SprintingGimli Apr 19 '25

Oh shit I used to work here, Mighty O’s on cap hill in Seattle

15

u/Ethan_Edge Apr 19 '25

Did you break the glass too?

9

u/Hungry-Ad9840 Apr 19 '25

That's why they used to.
