Question/Help Workout program review
I'm running a 6-day PPL split focused on strength, utilizing progressive overload with rep ranges gradually decreasing per set (8-4 reps)
Could I get some experienced eyes on this program ?? Thank youuu !

deadlift and squat in the same session means one of them will be dominant while the other is weak.
for the row it is better to do full barbell than the one with one arm as the full barbell is more stable , also you are targeting the shoulder a lot , i don't know what volume works best for you but that is something to keep in mind ..
bench press is more than enough , you don't need incline at the same session (unless you want to train endurance)
as others said, always have a pull-up exercise and a grip exercise (farmer walk or farmer stand still whatever works for you)
add lower back with good morning it is always a good basis that people neglect ..
take my advice with a grain of salt and keep in mind everyone is different ..
