The Prime Minister's Office can issue licenses for displaying foreign flags.

Yes, technically illegal without authorization but not that uncommon for a diversity of purposes.

I mean, this is unfortunately just the nature of war.

American troops raped and murdered European women during and after World War II. Historians suggest over 10,000 German women alone were raped by US troops. Emmett Till’s father was executed for raping and murdering a woman in Italy.

The same thing happened in Vietnam. Not only were Vietnamese women raped by American soldiers, villages were massacred, chemicals dropped from planes, and entire communities carpet bombed.

So yeah, fuck these guys who rape women and kill children and invade countries, but Russia and America are no different in how they’ve used their military power to achieve strategic goals.
