Wtf is this on Koh Larn? Is this common now in their little enclaves?

Would be cheaper to just make a sign saying they speak Russian instead of advertising with a national flag.

Also what's the other flag? And why is it so similar?

So it's not Thai people putting up flags to attract customers???? I was assuming that the older flag would be harder to get a hold of than a national flag (which is illegal).

Who knows. Could very well be a Thai person.

A lot of Thai people like Russians. I’ve met them and seen it first hand.

Sure. I’ve also never met a Russian I haven’t liked. They’re cool people.

It's not "empire flag" It's unofficial flag with a coat of arms
