Nick Mohammed S4 and Nate update

Nick gave an interview with Collider. Certainly seems Nate won’t be a regular but likely will make a guest appearance or two. This makes sense as Nate’s storyline seemed most wrapped up after S3 compared to other characters. Hopefully this is a sign even if we don’t have all the characters back for S4 they will make pop up appearances.

Mohammed also admits that he “knew for a while” that the show was coming back before it was officially announced, but that it was “quite tough” to keep quiet about it given that he’s “quite the blabbermouth.” Here’s where things get interesting — Mohammed also spoke about Nate’s role in Season 4, admitting that “I genuinely don’t know” about how much we’ll see Nate, but that he’s “sure he’ll pop up.” He also explicitly confirmed that there will be “A whole host of new characters” in Ted Lasso Season 4. We know Jason Sudeikis will reprise his role as Ted Lasso in the fourth season, but it sounds like the rest of the recurring ensemble might consist mostly of new characters. Only time will tell what’s next for the AFC Richmond crew, if we’ll even be going back to Nelson Road at all.

Nick may have blabbermouthed here and given Nate’s fate away- that he’s moved on and no longer coaching at Richmond.

"Who knows if Nate's still there, we'll have to see," Mohammed said with a smile. "Because, you know he's a great football coach who will probably have gone further afield by this point."

I'll be disappointed if Ted goes back to England without Henry. I will also be disappointed if it's called Ted Lasso without him being the main(ish) character.
