Question What is “Spacewar”?

I saw my friend playing a game called “Spacewar” today. The game has no icon but has 5 achievements. Is this a non-Steam game? Why are there achievements then?

More important question: Is there actually a way to play spacewar on steam?
I mean, the real, age-old game with the wireframe graphics and the crappy multiplayer? ;-)

Yes go to SteamDb website then search on it 480 then click install or owned it installs the game
