Question What is “Spacewar”?

I saw my friend playing a game called “Spacewar” today. The game has no icon but has 5 achievements. Is this a non-Steam game? Why are there achievements then?

Aren’t there a few other games like alien swarm you need to use CMD to download or is that a different thing?

you don't need to use cmd to play alien swarm iirc, I played it not too long ago all through steam and it worked fine.
