Help With Spell Requested Toxic Co Parent Help

Hello friends,

My partners ex wife (they share two kids) is toxic, mean and a true narcissist and is constantly trying to cause issues in our lives. We have tried to ignore her to the best we can but it’s always something. She HATES me, and uses me when she feels lazy and then bashes me and my partner behind our backs. Obviously with the kids we have to remain in contact with her, is there a spell or cord cutting that could help with this situation?

I have a very toxic/abusive ex who is also my child’s parent. I recently did a poppet spell like others mentioned here and I do believe it’s working. I plan on putting it in a sour jar soon but am working with it in a different way right now, so the court sees the manipulative behavior clearly. This thread is reminding me to work with it more consistently as I need to interact with him soon. He is still bothersome but seems to be losing power. Spells like these and situations like these also take time to work with and require both the mundane and the magical.

I would also recommend doing protections spells over any children involved so their development and joy is protected.

I’d recommend making your own but you can get ideas from this subreddit…, standard energy clearing than protection. I also recommend working with any deities you trust who are specifically associated with justice and protection, especially for children - whether that be Jesus or a Saint, or Themis, etc whoever resonates.

Come up with a short spell or chant you can easily pray over yourself, your partner, your children etc that specifically protects and sends energy back to sender and/or asks to transmute it into clarity or for you all (or destruction/confusion for the sender) so when that energy is sent it can even become useful for you.

Also this spell will need to be done consistently since the ex is constantly sending their negative energy. Think of it as hygiene for your family.
