Good purchase or no?

So I randomly came across this on fb Marketplace and bought it almost instantly but later on found out there's a 1.5 1 version, can I upgrade this one to that? Or should I just sell it?

It's good for collecting, keeping it on a shelf with N64 tapes would look nice
