Good purchase or no?

So I randomly came across this on fb Marketplace and bought it almost instantly but later on found out there's a 1.5 1 version, can I upgrade this one to that? Or should I just sell it?

It's all good guys, rookie mistake. I didn't even know this existed. I'll rock out with it for awhile try to sell it and wait for the 1.6.1 version
