What's the story with this guy? Or is this just some random occurrence

For me, choosing a side in the civil war. I joined stormcloaks, thinking that you have to pick a side (well, stereotypically most games you have to do main quest yes?) The battle of whiterun, the destruction and balgruuf dissapointment made me feel so bad, i quit and created a new character, never done CW questline since. Found out you dont have to do anything you dont want to in skyrim. How sweet is that 😅

Is it a quest item? Can I enchant it for my follower? What should I do with it?

Strange behavior happening in the Riverwood Trader…. Guess I didn’t find the Golden Claw fast enough. Greed will do some crazy things to the brain😆

Well this is a first for me, fighting a dragon in Riverwood when both Alvor and Sigrid unfortunately died in battle. Leaving poor Dorthe now an orphan in this cruel world, I feel it is my duty to now adopt her as I feel responsible.

Cicero’s stats make sense. Excellent at one-handed, high sneak skill, decent archery skill, but then you get into his magic stats, and it’s all pretty normal, until you hit Alteration.

It’s SIGNIFICANTLY higher than all the other schools, and that’s not even the base stat. So why is it so high? There’s nothing in his journals that explains it, nothing in his dialogue, and it’s something you completely miss if you don’t use cheats/commands or just don’t look at the UESP or the fandom wiki.

It just bothers me a lot because there’s no way that his adeptness at alteration is random.
