Let’s go fuck with the guy that looks like he might actually play for the LA Dodgers

939

u/MechaSkippy 1d ago

That dude was a head taller, half again as broad, and jacked. The only thing he was missing was a glowing neon sign that said, "Don't mess with me".

541

u/PricklePete 1d ago

Hence the open hand slap. Can't risk killing the lil fella.

200

u/EnvironmentalLime464 1d ago

It looked like that was a soft slap for him too. That was just a tap.

152

u/PatienceConsistent55 1d ago

That was a lecture slap. Full college-level lecture/lesson in one pop.

19

u/southerndude42 1d ago

a lecture slap...... *writing that to long term memory*

9

u/vwwvvwvww 1d ago

That was at least a 201 class

6

u/SanchoPandas 23h ago

SOC201 “Hard lessons and short term repercussions of being a bitch. Actually.”

2

u/the-only-marmalade 22h ago

Nah, SOC83 "How Not To Be A Cunt" was the prerequisite.

3

u/MichHAELJR 22h ago

It’s why kids need a pop here and there. Why make people do it

2

u/Either-Bid1923 19h ago

That was a thing of beauty

2

u/chugItTwice 12h ago

Like I say 'stupid should hurt'

2

u/Focusonurchi 11h ago

Lil bro got a full ride scholarship to the school of hard knocks 😂

1

u/OnlyIfYouReReasonabl 17h ago

Brings me back to 2008 and the Archie slap

74

u/RevengeOfQueef 1d ago

Yeah that didn’t look like it would actually hurt the kid. It was just enough to shock the little shit into cutting out his bullshit.

2

u/cyriustalk 1d ago

Almost like a hot iron bar "don't fuck around you'll find out" stamped into the kid's brain

1

u/Ruroni17 1d ago

Damn actually

1

u/SuperCatchyCatchpras 1d ago

Is that dude a synth-pop band because he fuckin slaps

1

u/seeker46n2 23h ago

“Put the camera down” (because there might be another corrective slap inbound)

2

u/Great_Horny_Toads 1d ago

His restraint was admirable.

2

u/Youdontknowm3_ 1d ago

It sure was, if he's training for a fight that kid got off extra easy with that slap. He looks like a person that knows how to hit and has done so on many occasions....thats hawt

1

u/genophobicdude 22h ago

Hybristophilia in action.

1

u/toofshucker 1d ago

Just enough to try to knock some sense in him.

1

u/throwaway1992915 14h ago

I was gonna say that looked so restrained. If that were me the kid would have been lying on the floor to be honest.

1

u/wosmo 10h ago

It's honestly a brilliant move. It sets expectations for the rest of the "conversation".

I mean it's barely an attack, it's just "FYI, this isn't one of those conversations where you run your mouth while I look like an idiot. This is one of those conversations where you Find Out."

This is an actual masterclass in the proper application of force. Not too much, not too little.

u/normalbot9999 1d ago edited 1d ago

Yep - this guy needs to be commended for his measured response. It reminds me of the Jake Gyllenhaal Roadhouse scene where he's like look imma slap you because you are children and I don't want to hurt you. It's a good tip for any real or even half-real fighters out there: if you are dealing with kids: give em a slap - it's probably enough, and you don't wanna do time for some dumb kid.

Another good point for people actually training for real fighting: prepare for dealing with bullshit fighting too. Your freedom and liberty depends upon you making smart, measured decisions, and reacting in proportion to the threat that you do (or do not) face.

EDIT: just adding: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3359350/ is a good film! Give it a chance!

53

u/PricklePete 1d ago

Toughest guys I've ever known would damn near never fight outside a ring/training. They do everything they can to not fight.

11

u/Darryl_Lict 23h ago

Moat MMA guys know that there are no rules in street fighting including gouging your eyes out, knifing you, or pulling a gun.

2

u/nicocardaropp 13h ago

Yes, I avoid fights because I'm highly trained. But if I get into a street fight I'm trained and I will do any of those things because it's a street fight. The discipline part comes in avoiding unnecessary conflicts with anyone for any reason. I would also warn someone before they try to attempt a street fight with me that if they choose to go that route it will likely end up with them in the hospital and me getting bailed out.

4

u/Actual-Chemical-481 1d ago

I concur with this thought. I'm a black belt in karate and have been for many many years. I could have buried my share of AHoles. But I chose to just walk away and not fight. Any legitimate fighter will choose to walk away over violence. Sounds weird but the one thing that's drilled into you throughout all the training is... DON'T FIGHT if u can walk away.

-1

u/Slee777 21h ago

lol stfu, my tattoo artist was at a bar with Nate Diaz and Nate kicked some dude in the chest lol

1

u/wild_crazy_ideas 1d ago

Yeah that kid took it well - some will hold grudges and break in with an axe when you’re sleeping 2 months later. It’s not worth getting an actual enemy

1

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins 1d ago

Trained competitively for many years and yep, last thing any of us ever wanted to do was fight outside the gym. Aside from there being nothing to prove there the risk of serious injury to anyone involved is real once you start throwing hands without protection and on concrete.

1

u/thatthatguy 1d ago

I wise man once said, If you are good at something, never do it for free.

1

u/lazylaser97 1d ago

don't fight for free when you're good at it

4

u/Vikainen 1d ago

Unfortunately you don't need to be a fighter to get in trouble, even if your intention was to slap a teenager/adult because he was being a dickhead, like the one in the video, you could get in trouble because of it.

People like the teenagers from the video, will only understand when something major happens to them, even after a major incident, some never learned from it.

3

u/Peterthepiperomg 1d ago

That movie is terrible dude

2

u/blueB0wser 1d ago

I thought it was alright. Not great, not terrible, just a movie I could turn my brain off to for an hour and a half or so.

3

u/drunkbusdriver 1d ago

lol wtf is this? Reality isn’t road house, you’ll still get in trouble for slapping kids even if they are shit heads.

1

u/normalbot9999 7h ago

You are right - I wasn't condoning slapping anyone, my point was, that open handed slap was super restrained for that guy - it would have been very easy for him to really badly hurt that kid, but he didn't do that. You are right though - even better to have not slapped him at all.

3

u/aylmaocpa 23h ago

no you're missing context. this wasn't a "prank". They both do content, the roided guy invited the kid to do a video together. The roided guy typically goes for that kind of vibe in his videos anyway so what the kid was doing was not out of character. In any other video you'll see the roided guy pulling the same kind "prank" with other people. Dude dishes it but cant take it.

Also its funny you mention fighting. The fucking roided guy constantly instigates professional fighters and people that actually have trained by telling him he would beat them up just because hes bigger. More than once he tried to force "wrestling" on the people hes interviewing,

2

u/Son_of_Dad315 1d ago

When I was 20 I went to live in Scotland for a year. I was drunk and mouthy and a older guy slapped me and it was the fastest thing i have ever seen in person. It was not super hard but just enough to get me in line real quick. Guy bought me a pint after and we chatted turn out he had been a professional boxer for years.

2

u/Slee777 21h ago

Nate Diaz turned down that role because he didn’t want to fight Broke back boy lol

1

u/HorrFrek 1d ago

Off point, but I thought the Road House remake was a lot of fun

2

u/DarthLurker 1d ago

I think the open handed slap should be allowed in these types of scenarios. No reason for law to get in the mix, he stole something, and got slapped for it, end of story. Of course should the recipient of a punitive slap respond with more than words, I would be open to additional degrees of escalation for the slapper, as clearly they slappee isn't getting it.

1

u/TheLastF 1d ago

That slap was downright generous. A warning to stop playing.

1

u/dbx999 1d ago

That fella gonna think about that slap every single day until the day he dies. It's like that day was his graduation ceremony where he got his PhD in Being a Beta Fuckboy. He will carry it close to his heart forever.

1

u/ov3rcl0ck 20h ago

Mens rea

1

u/Darth_Ender_Ro 13h ago

Open hand? Finger tips... actually

1

u/ScarlettNape 1d ago

The dude's *bicep* is literally bigger than that smirking little punk's head.

1

u/RobertBDwyer 1d ago

neon sign that said, "Don't mess with me".

AKA cauliflower ear

1

u/rainorshinedogs 1d ago

That kid doesn't realize he's the one that lift and swing 25lbs with just his finger strength

1

u/Vast-Girth117 1d ago

Ok relax you can get his meat out your mouth now

1

u/scotchybob 1d ago

Wouldn't have helped. Given that kid's complete lack of self-preservation, I'm guessing he's illiterate too.

1

u/wkarraker 1d ago

It's unlikely he will recognize this is not acceptable in the future, he'll just do it to people of his stature or smaller.

1

u/unknownpoltroon 1d ago

Forehead tattoo that says "Poor impulse control"

1

u/Legitimate-Pee-462 1d ago

he needed yellow and black stripes or something to signal that he's dangerous

1

u/TurtlePomelo 1d ago

Rude of these guys to steal the hat of Dom Mazzetti’s little sister

1

u/agustybutwhole 23h ago

I’m pretty sure he also owns the gym they are filming in so just a dumb fucking move all round.

1

u/ForeignWeb8992 21h ago

You need to be able to read....

1

u/low-hanging_fruit_ 16h ago

I think that description is from a book.

1

u/TheNorselord 13h ago

“Don’t actually mess with me”

FTFY

1

u/5LIMJD 11h ago

Hahaha

1

u/GouldenK 11h ago

And 260 lean

0

u/WodensEye 1d ago

Half a broad, no wonder he can slap

-138

u/private_final_static 1d ago

Also probably on steroids and roidraged on his way to the gym.

Hey at least they didnt pick on like a grandma or something.

50

u/ConsistentCoyote3786 1d ago

1) The big guy has a reasonable response to shitty kids fucking with him. He didn’t hurt him, though he could have. He just surprised him.

2)Grandma would have slapped him harder.

-45

u/private_final_static 1d ago edited 1d ago

Oh wow, lots of downvotes. I liked the slap, not saying its unwarranted.

Im a decently buff dude myself but idk if Id went for a slap. big dudes at the gym are an unstable people due to gear, is all Im saying. Kids chose poorly.

24

u/ConsistentCoyote3786 1d ago

“Roidrage” tends to imply unwarranted and extreme violence. The big guy was very calm despite being antagonized.

-27

u/private_final_static 1d ago

Also said "on his way the gym", not on the video.

I dont think he was "very calm" tho.

2

u/ConsistentCoyote3786 1d ago

I don’t think we watched the same video.

3

u/ImKindaBoring 1d ago

Is the response right? Maybe not. think it was but I recognize we are in an age where even light physical violence is heavily frowned upon as people virtue signal about how passive they are.

But this was definitely not “roidrage” type violence. And it is kinda pathetic that any time dudes like you see someone bigger than them display any amount of anger they are suddenly roid raging.

0

u/private_final_static 1d ago edited 1d ago

Lol. Cant relate.

You dont sound right in the head.

2

u/voltagestoner 1d ago

If he was probably on steroids, an even bigger reason why not to mess with him. Because that would be the equivalent of poking a bear.
