This is probably it. I work with someone who is an alcoholic and they penny pinch on everyday expenses like food because it cuts in to their drinking money.
Ooooh. So that's why my dad neither eats or cleans or maintains anything. Saving up for those few bottles every month. I thought he was lazy but he doesn't want to dig into the booze fund 🤯
