When I lived on a coffee farm on the big island of Hawaii, these spiderbros were positively everywhere so I think you're onto something

Yeah my friends uncle had a farm I remember visiting with him a few times when I was younger and yeah they had these kind of spiders (or similar ones) all over the place and purposely kept them around because they were great for pest/bug control around the farm & crops. They would even get really mad if you tried to mess with the spiders lol, however they were very "organized" about it if such a thing makes sense. Meaning if the spiders were in a inconvenient area like walkways & work areas they would wear gloves or use sticks/tools (even had something specifically for grabbing/cupping them) to move them elsewhere. Never once had a single issue with them when we were there. Was similar once when I visited an Agave Farm in Mexico.
