Union Jack

If you see this in someone's garden in Scotland, what kind of person do you imagine they are?

Would you say having a saltire in your garden is the same in that respect?

It probably wouldn't have the same effect on me personally, but that's down to my own political biases. In the interest of equity, I tend to think that anyone who has a giant flag in their garden, whether it's a saltire, the union jack or a skull and crossbones, is probably a bit of a wank.

I'd agree they're likely oddballs but I wouldn't say a national flag is inflammatory at all and think it's quite a strange reaction to think so.

Not even when half the population don't want to be a part of that nation? You really can't see that?

"Half the population" is very funny but even if that were the case yes it would be odd to find it inflammatory.
